A big thank-you to everyone who came along to the AGM last Friday. It was great to see such a large number of people & many were there for the first time – some from under-represented parts of the village too, which is very encouraging.
One of the main points was that the members voted for committee’s intention to reduce the annual subscription to £30 for 2018 – subscription forms will be sent out soon with a newsletter. The AGM minutes will shortly be posted in the hall noticeboard, sent out by email to those who have subscribed & posted on this website.
In addition, we are hoping to set up a number of working parties looking into village security, hall modifications & events planning, so please let us know if you are interested in getting involved in these initiatives.
